The Montefiore farmhouse has a purely naturalistic connotation. The farm, of about 33 hectares, lies on gentle hills, within a wildlife-hunting company.
The farmhouse is close to Gubbio (about 9 km), it is an excellent starting point to reach in a short time several places of tourist interest.
The structure consists of 4 comfortable lodgings (23 beds), equipped with fully equipped kitchens.
- – Apartment A: living area, triple bedroom, dressing room and bathroom
- – Apartment B: living area, triple bedroom with ensuite bathroom, double bedroom and second bathroom
- – Apartment C: living area, triple bedroom, single bedroom, dressing room, bathroom and large terrace of about 25 sqm
- – Apartment D: living area, quadruple room with en-suite bathroom, double bedroom and second bathroom
In each apartment you can add another 2 beds using the sofa opening. About 100 meters from the structure, surrounded by a large green area and shaded by numerous tree species, there is a pond of about 3 hectares, where you can also practice sport fishing.
